How do I sign up for classes?
Signing up for classes is easy! If you click here you'll be redirected to our class schedule. From there, you can choose the day & time that work best for your schedule. Enroll directly from the parent portal or email us to help.
How long will we be on a waitlist?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a definitive answer to this question. Although we actively manage our waitlists, movement depends on enrolled families, so progress can vary—sometimes it moves quickly, and other times it may be slower. If you’re ever curious about your position on the list, please don’t hesitate to email us, and we’ll be glad to provide an update.
How do we drop a class(es)?
We are always sad to see you go, but we understand your decision and hope to welcome you back in the future. Please note that our drop policy is strictly enforced. If you wish to withdraw, please email info@lonestargymnastics.com to request a drop form. Once the completed form is submitted, your account will be updated accordingly and a confirmation email sent to you. All drop forms must be submitted by the 10th of the month prior to the month you wish to drop in order to avoid tuition charges for that month. Example: If Susie would like to avoid March tuition, her drop form must be submitted on or before February 10th.
How do I schedule a makeup class?
If you have a makeup token on your parent portal, you are eligible for a makeup class. To redeem the makeup class, you can schedule your makeup class by clicking here. Once we receive your enrollment, we will cash in your makeup token. If you miss the scheduled makeup class, you do not get to make that class up - the token is no longer available. You must have a makeup token on file to receive a makeup class or your enrollment will be cancelled. Makeup tokens expire on 12/31 of the current year for active enrollments. Should you drop from our program, all makeup tokens are invalid and you cannot use them. You can only use makeup tokens if you are actively enrolled in a program at Lone Star Gymnastics Academy. Should you drop and re-enroll at a later date, you will NOT get the makeup tokens you forfeited, back.
I have a concern; how should I address it?
While we highly encourage you to speak directly with a staff member regarding any concerns you have, clicking here will redirect you to our "Concerns" form, where you can submit your concern. Remain anonymous or leave your last name so that we can communicate more personally with you.
How much do classes cost?
Which days are you closed?
Lone Star Gymnastics Academy is closed Halloween, Thanksgiving week, December 24th-26th, December 31st-January 1st, Spring break, Memorial Day, Fourth of July week, and Labor Day. The extra days in the calendar even out with our closures so we do not offer makeup tokens for the holiday closures listed above unless otherwise noted. If your child is enrolled twice a week and misses two of the same classes in one week for a holiday closure, we will issue tokens accordingly.
